Clinical records and practice management are not the same purchase
When comparing an EMR, medical practice management system or AI scribe, test the workflows you actually depend on. Sphygmos combines clinical records and AI-assisted documentation with scheduling, results review and invoice preparation. It is not currently a replacement for a connected claims switch, lab feed or full accounting system.

Is Sphygmos an electronic medical record system?
It includes patient records, clinical timelines, notes, documents and results review alongside clinical AI and practice workflows. Evaluate its record, export, access and retention requirements against those of your practice before migrating existing records.
Can I replace my current billing system?
Sphygmos supports professional invoice drafting and billing preparation. Automated claims switching and accounting integrations are not currently active. Keep your existing submission process where those connections are required.
Is there a free trial for doctors?
You can explore a demonstration practice without an account. The separate free plan allows three patient records with limited AI and dictation allowances. Consult recording requires a plan that includes it. Current limits and optional top-ups are on the pricing page.
