By using Sphygmos you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sphygmos provides AI-assisted clinical documentation, practice administration, and professional intelligence tools for doctors. The service is provided as-is and is intended as a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment.

Important: Sphygmos is not a substitute for professional advice.

Medical outputs from Sphygmos are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They are not autonomous clinical decisions, final diagnoses, or final treatment instructions. Always apply your professional judgment and comply with South African professional standards, including HPCSA guidance.

You agree not to use Sphygmos to:

• Submit patient identifiable information or confidential client data
• Generate content that is harmful, illegal, or intended to deceive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls
• Misrepresent a Sphygmos draft as independently verified professional advice

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods where service was materially unavailable.

Sphygmos and its underlying technology are owned by the service operator. Content you generate using Sphygmos belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to deliver the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sphygmos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on unreviewed Sphygmos drafts in professional decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
